Client Responsibilities and Obligations
Information Accuracy
Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
Promptly notify us of any changes to your information

Compliance with Laws
Use Services only for lawful purposes
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
Communication and Cooperation
Respond promptly to requests for additional information
Participate actively in the service process

Due Diligence
You are solely responsible for your own decisions
Evaluation and use of our Services should be based on your own due diligence
You should independently verify all information and offers

We only guarantee that we will provide our tools and expertise to help increase approval rates

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Anomaly Enterprise LLC IS NOT LIABLE TO YOU IN ANY WAY FOR YOUR RESULTS IN USING OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
This includes lost profits, business interruption, or lost opportunities
Third-Party Actions We are not responsible for actions, decisions, or omissions of third-party lenders
We are not liable for any damages resulting from third-party services
