5. Client Responsibilities and Obligations:

Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANOMALY ENTERPRISES LLC IS NOT LIABLE TO YOU IN ANY WAY FOR YOUR RESULTS IN USING OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
